He’s Two!!
Ezra had his birthday party last weekend and boy did he have a good time. He got all the best gifts, had a great response for all of them, and was a little charmer the whole time (despite not having a nap that day). He was much better with cake this year than last year. Of course he knows what it is now so that helped. He ate quite a bit of the cake though not all of it thank goodness. It would have been way to much anyway. He then got to open his gifts which he promptly played with. He now understands what presents are and gets excited at the mention of them. After the cake and the gifts Caleb wanted to show everyone how he could ride his bike. So we bundled up to go out in the rain. It was only sprinkling so no big deal. Ezra had to take a new ball with him. He had fun throwing it around the parking lot across the street from our house. Of course there a few “big boys” (and I mean men) that played with him. It was a great day! We very much missed our families and wished you could all share in it with us. This way you get to at least see a bit of the fun.
