University of Washington
No we have not put Ezra in university yet though I am sure he would be smart enough (hahaha). However we all went the UW campus last Saturday for some fun in the sun. The campus has an area where this time of year it is beautiful! All the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. I had been wanting to do a photo shoot for some friends and so we met them at the campus and used the amazing trees as our backdrop. It was a wonderful day and everyone had fun. Ezra loved being able to run around in the grass even though it was a bit wet. What is a little water to a 2 year old? We also had a picnic outside with our friends, walked around a bit and the boys ran out a lot of energy. My favorite part of the day with Ezra though was when he came up to me with a very confused look on his face and told me that he was cold. I had been taking pictures and was not really watching what he was doing. I looked at him and realized he had come from the direction of a mud puddle that was really mostly mud. Yes you guessed it, he had decided to sit in it. Or at least I am guessing that was it, otherwise he fell in it. Either way he was covered in mud from his tush down to his toes. It must have been God leading that day to pack an extra change of clothes for him since I never do that. So Dustin cleaned him up, changed his clothes and the fun was back on. He was a bit dismayed about the whole thing at first and then realized it was not so bad, other than being cold now that he was wet.
